About our Communinity Team
Woodmar Square has a voluntary Homeowners Association that was formed by neighbors to represent the community to the Jeffco Board of Commissioners in the 1970s. When faced with expansion around the neighborhood, residents formed a board to represent the needs of the community as a unified voice. The association was created to improve the community, protect property values, organize assistance for neighbors, maintain neighborhood watch services, and other social activities.
Today we are the Woodmar Community Team. We hope to empower residents to be informed and take action on public and political initiatives that could affect the neighborhood. We see our role to provide social interaction opportunities for residents who own, rent and live in Woodmar Square. We welcome all people and mandate an accepting and diverse culture in our neighborhood.
A huge thank you to our residents and neighbors who volunteer their time and are dedicated to enhancing and improving communication in our community.
