Neighborhood Maintenance Fees
As we continue to work together to enhance our neighborhood and maintain its beauty and functionality, we'd like to kindly remind everyone about the importance of contributing to our Homeowners Association (HOA).
The annual HOA fee of $25 to $40 per house per year plays a crucial role in funding various community initiatives, such as landscaping, maintenance of common areas, neighborhood events, and other essential services that benefit us all.
